At Butterfly Consulting with Talia , we provide specialized business life coaching and grant writing services that require significant time, expertise, and personalized strategy. Due to the customized and intellectual nature of our services, all sales are considered final except as explicitly outlined below.
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable once payment has been made.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Results are not guaranteed.
- Outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control, including your participation, business readiness, and external funding decisions.
- Time, strategy, and intellectual property are delivered immediately upon engagement and therefore cannot be “returned.”
2. No Guarantee of Income or Funding
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding your ability to obtain grants, secure funding, generate income, or achieve specific financial results.
- Past results, testimonials, or examples are not indicative of future outcomes.
- Grant approvals and funding decisions are made solely by third-party organizations and are outside of our control.
- Your success depends on your own efforts, qualifications, business model, market conditions, and other external factors.

3. Limited Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued under the following strict conditions:
- Duplicate payment or billing error, or

4. Coaching Sessions
- All scheduled coaching sessions are final and non-refundable.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
- Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are forfeited without refund or credit.
- Rescheduling is limited and granted at our sole discretion.
5. Grant Writing Services
- All fees for grant research, strategy, writing, editing, or consulting are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- We do not guarantee grant approval, funding, or award outcomes.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely, and complete information. Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund.
6. Packages and Programs
- Payment plans are binding. Failure to complete payments does not release you from the obligation to pay the full agreed amount.
- No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions, missed calls, or incomplete participation.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
- By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us.
- Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in:
- Immediate termination of services, and
- Legal action to recover outstanding balances, fees, and associated costs.
8. Acknowledgment of Risk

- Business coaching and grant writing are advisory and strategic services.
- Funding decisions are made by third parties and are outside our control.
- You assume full responsibility for your business decisions and outcomes.
